Order Cancelation
All sales made through the 132 Fab store are considered final. However, cancellations may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@132-fab.com.
If fulfillment has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a full refund. If fulfillment has already started, your cancellation may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns
All sales made through 132 Fab store are considered final. However in the unlikely event that an item is received with a manufacturing defect or damage, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, provided the issue is reported within the stipulated timeframe. Please note that we cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects or damages.
Shipping
As of January 1, 2025, all orders are eligible for free shipping.
We ship most orders via UPS, but 132 Fab reserves the right to use alternate carriers when deemed appropriate. If you provide a P.O. Box as your shipping address, your order will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Estimated delivery times range from 2–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your package’s progress.
Orders may be split into multiple shipments due to size or weight constraints. If part of your order arrives separately, the remaining items will follow in a separate package. Check your email for tracking info.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. 132 Fab is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays (e.g., weather, carrier issues) may occasionally occur. If you suspect your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us within 15–30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation.
